Mouthwatering Comfort Classics
The Fried Chicken: Aunt Liz’s Golden Fried Chicken has the best crispy skin and juicy, tender meat inside. It comes gluten-free too!
The Sampler Platter: Can’t decide what to order?
This hearty combo lets you taste the trifecta of house specialties: pot roast, meatloaf, and fried chicken.
It’s the perfect way to experience all the restaurant’s signature dishes in one magnificent meal.
Mom’s Pot Roast: Fall-apart tender and swimming in savory gravy, this pot roast might actually surpass your mother’s recipe.
The meat is profoundly tender and packed with flavor that only comes from slow cooking with love.
Grandpa Jean’s Chicken Pot Pie: With its golden flaky crust and creamy chicken filling, this hearty dish embodies comfort food at its finest.
Traditional Meatloaf: Cousin Megan’s meatloaf rivals homemade versions, with just the right blend of seasonings and a delicious glaze. Paired with the velvety mashed potatoes, it’s pure comfort on a plate.

Delectable Sides & Starters
Beer-Battered Onion Rings: These thick-cut rings are perfectly fried to golden perfection and served with a zesty horseradish sauce that adds just the right kick.
They make an excellent starter to share.
Mashed Potatoes: Creamy, buttery, and the typical companion to any main dish. The mashed potatoes here aren’t too special – but they will leave you fulfilled.
Classic Cornbread: The warm cornbread comes with honey butter that takes it to another level. It’s a simple pleasure that sets the tone for a homestyle meal inside a Disney park.

Legendary Desserts & Drinks
Peanut Butter & Jelly Milkshake: This signature drink has achieved cult status at this restaurant.
The nostalgic combination creates a creamy, indulgent treat that’s worth every calorie.

Dad’s Chocolate-Peanut Butter Layered Cake: This decadent dessert is a chocolate lover’s dream, featuring layers of rich chocolate cake and creamy peanut butter frosting, served warm with a scoop of vanilla ice cream.
Root Beer Float: This is a classic done right! This simple dessert beverage perfectly complements the retro theme and provides a refreshing finish to your meal.
Specialty Cocktails: The full-service bar, cleverly named “Dad’s Liquor Cabinet,” offers vintage-inspired adult beverages like the Cherry Soda cocktail that goes well with the retro vibe.

Step Back in Time
Authentic Retro Decor: The moment you walk through the double doors here you’ll be transported to a 1950s household.
Vintage televisions play black-and-white shows, Formica tables gleam under soft lighting, and vinyl chairs invite you to settle in for a homestyle meal.
Interactive Entertainment: The dining experience here goes beyond the food with servers who stay in character. It is Disney, after all!

Worth Knowing Before You Go
Generous Portions: Come hungry! The enormous serving sizes could potentially feed two people with lighter appetites, making this one of the better values in the park for a full meal of food.
Price Point: While meals average $25-35 per entrée, this is inside a Disney theme park. So I wouldn’t come here specifically to save money, it’s really for the experience.
Fantasmic Package: For around $60 per person, you can enjoy a full meal and secure reserved seating for the Fantasmic show later in the evening. Check out this page on Disney’s website for more information.
Reservations Recommended: The restaurant stays busy for sure. So if possible it is worth setting up a reservation, either in-person at the restaurant, or via the Disney app on your phone.
Kid-Friendly Environment: The playful atmosphere and familiar comfort foods make this an excellent choice for families with children. But if you’re a big fan of classic cartoons then you’re sure to enjoy yourself even as an adult!
Regardless of how you feel about the food itself, this is a restaurant you’ll remember visiting, if only for the incredibly unique atmosphere.
